That my heart may sing your praises and not be silent. LORD my God, I will praise you forever.” Psalms 30:12

By Grace of God we have started a new church planting ministry in Okazaki last year. God has been so good to us. As you know, we have been praying for the needs of office equipment and supplies for “Baptist Grace Chapel”.

God blessed our opening Sunday which was Easter Sunday in April 8 with 18 congregations including our co-workers. Our first prayer was to have one new visitor for that day. It is still blessing! Therefore this is really MIRACLE. We felt strongly it was will of God to start a new church in this area. Please continue to pray for us.- Tajuki

We are very occupied every day in El Quisco 500 miles of our city Temuco. We want to tell you that we have begun our Source of Light Bible Institute. We had the opening service on this last Friday and we have begun the classes. We are happy because we have students that want to prepare themselves better for the ministry. The students of our Bible institute are pastors, teachers, and leaders of their churches. Greg shared with them when he was here in El Quisco when he came to Chile. We are teaching: Christian Leadership, Practical Pedagogy, Introduction to the Bible, Homiletics, and Evangelism. We are in the first semester. We hope that God will supply the needs. We have spent money in trips, buying furniture, and many other things for the Bible Institute. We want you to pray for us that God will supply the needs. We also ask for prayers that we will drive the vehicles without any accidents and that God will supply the gasoline. We are happy with this new project in which we are using Source of Light courses to complement the teaching in the Bible Institute. May God bless all of you.

Jim and Julie Leonard from Brazil:Our Source of Light Bible Correspondence School is a great tool for training believers in the basic doctrines of the Bible. Last year we sent out an average of 2400 lessons each month. Many of our students are not yet saved when they begin studying, but receive Christ during the course of study. We have records of 517 students who gave testimony of salvation as a result of the Source of Light lessons in 2011. In September of this year we are planning to attend the Source of Light International Ministries’ 60th anniversary celebration in Madison, GA. We will be traveling with our co-workers in this ministry, Pastor Antonio Bibiano and his wife Ivonete. Pray that God would supply the resources and documentation for this fine couple to attend this conference.

My name is Mxxx R.xxx I used to do the work of a journalist. I used to have severe headache. I did lot of treatment but I did not become well. Later I came to know I am having some mental problems. I did not realise or was aware of what I spoke or what I did. Sometimes people who were besides me would ask me “What are you talking about”. Seeing my condition my family members became worried. In my village there was a sister who is a believer. She shared about Jesus to me and encouraged me to go to church. Then one day I went with this sister to the church. I felt at peace there. I have improved than what I was before. I commited my life to God, Pray for my complete healing.

My name is Lxxx Kxxx. After my marriage, after few years, my husband left me married another woman and went and lived some other place. I was very depressed. Whenever my husband used to phone me, he used to say bad words to me and used to fight with me. He used to tell me “Give me my children otherwise I will kill you”. Because I am a believer, I used to pray to God about this situation everyday. Now my husband has come back to me and he has also repented of what he did and now we are living together again. Praise the Lord.

My name is Bxxx Bxxx. Previously I used to take liquor but Bro.Balbir shared the gospel and told me to come to church and also told me to leave this addiction. By the grace of God now I do not drink. I commited my life to God.

My trip to Nepal and Uttarakhand went well. Yes, I was able to take in the Bible lessons without any problem. When I was going, a group of police, around 15, stopped all the cars for checking. When they came to check my car, one police asked, where you are from and what you are doing. Immediately I said I am a missionary and I serve the Lord. Immediately they stopped checking and said you are holy people and you can go ahead. It was really so encouraging and we praise the Lord. I will be giving the details of my trip in our update. Thank you for writing though you are very busy.
