  The Field Department at Source of Light Ministries International functions at the international headquarters located in Madison, Georgia. They receive statistical and financial reports from each of the 33 overseas Discipleship training Centers via the regional directors. These reports for the basis from which the Field Department can strategize regarding financial and publishing issues regarding the SLM ministry. The passion of SLM is to “Provide the Tools to Finish the Task”. We rejoice with the angels in heaven over each soul brought to Jesus Christ and strive to disciple new convert with sound, age appropriate Bible study material. We are constantly preparing new material, translating it into many languages (over ninety currently)  and updating formats and appearance of the material.Daily the home staff prays for each of the 33 Discipleship Training Branches. They also collect prayer and praise items from these fields of service and publish them in the monthly Change Points bulletin.All major decisions and approvals of Grant requests for any project related to these DTB’s are made jointly by members of the Field Council.  All correspondence to the Field Council can be sent to the secretary of the Field Office at fieldoffice@sourcelight.org.  The Source of Light Ministries Field Council .

The Field involves all Discipleship training Branches and Associate Discipleship Schools operated by field personnel in a specific geographical area.

 A Discipleship Training Branch is an extension of SLM International staffed by SLM personnel.

 An Associate Displeship School is a cooperative ministry staffed by personnel who are not SLM missionaries. They are established and respond to their respective Discipleship training centers who, in turn respond to SLM Field Ministries.
