Actual shipping charges will be invoiced. This order form will calculate estimated shipping charges at check-out based on the following formula.

For domestic orders add the following percentage to the dollar value, as indicated:


Under $10	30%
$10 - $25	25%
$25 - $50	15%
$50 - $100	10%
Over $100	8%

International orders should add 30% to the order total. Please use the "Donate additional amount" to the SLM Int. Mininstry to send the balance.
