Jorge & Olga Vecchiarelli
Greetings from Sant Celoni – Spain!
We are Jorge and Olga Vecchiarelli, we are Argentines, and we have two children: Ricardo, married to Jumairys,
who is Venezuelan; we both became grandparents with Julieta’s arrival at the end of 2018; they serve in the
Ministry of Music. Our daughter Paulina, has a degree in Communication Sciences; leader in the youth ministry
of the congregation and has a strong call to service.
As pastor of the Baptist Church we have served several years in the formation and training of leadership
towards the new generations; later we began the missionary task involving ourselves in the development of
discipleship in Latin America, improving the advice and training in different countries to organizations and
Denominations, in the task for children and adolescents.
We always experience God’s protection and assistance in our lives; based on our text: “Commit to Jehovah your
way, trust in Him and He will do…” Psalm 37: 5
Our commitment is to work firmly for the generation of a movement/Networks where Evangelization,
Discipleship and Church planting is a priority on the agenda of churches around the world, promoting Source of
Light as a discipleship tool.
At this stage and from now on, God renewed the desire to continue serving in another very needy place: Spain,
a country that we have been visiting every two years with the purpose of strengthening the vision of work for
Discipleship. The situation there is difficult, the churches are on average small and in great need of preparation
and training, we see an urgent need to form and prepare leaders so that the next generations can be reached
and formed with a greater commitment to the Lord.
For That is why, after praying and having the Confirmation and Peace of God, we made the decision to direct
our service in this beloved country; where we settled in December 2020, already working with Churches and
associations in this country, promoting new relationships to develop a united Movement for evangelization and
transformative discipleship of the new generations and also church planting.
Our home is in Barcelona (Catalonia)
